lyrics

My body's burning soul aflame in agonizing pain
What can I do to cease this torture's driving me insane
Descending through the frames of time I should have never tried
To find the threshold to the past am I alive or have I died
Mother earth is screaming for I've disappeared without a trace
Father time is cursing at this paradox in his embrace
Haunting like a ghost of static form but without mass
Lucid living drains the sands that dare defy the hour glass

Reaching for a method to this madness that is all so clear
Seeking all the answers in a realm without a time or year

I’m trapped inside this vacuum dazed my thoughts I find I can't collect
Energies revolve around the life I live in retrospect
I question my existence though I feel there's nothing more to say
I caught a glimpse of yet to come while watching scenes from yesterday
Flash before my eyes mistakes of old and distant past
Preview to a future that appears to be so dark and vast
I gamble with the stakes of global time and constant space
Fate again has dealt the hand and yet it seems I've palmed the ace

Time cannot exist throughout this sinister abyss
When all events beheld are unified and simultaneous
Stepping through dimensions of uncertainty where nothing's pure
A bitter shriek of emptiness I don't know if I can endure
My journey has revealed the story of a plot in store for me
Kinetic death - the price to pay to animate this fantasy
My time is growing short and near I fear there's nothing more to see
I vaporize and vanish in a brief forgotten history
